The nursery in charge is responsible for looking after the growth process of the bamboo and does deeds to look after and supervise the nursery. There are also helping hands that assist in maintaining the unit.
They include technical operators, washing and cleaning workers who are well-trained to the customs of producing and maintaining the high-grade bamboo.
